Blueberry & Green Tea Smoothie
3/4 c water
2 green tea bags
2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen
3 ice cubes
12 oz. non-dairy yogurt
2 tablespoons raw almonds (about 20)
2 tablespoons ground flax seed
  1. Bring water to a boil and pour over tea bags.

  2. Steep 4 minutes.

  3. Squeeze and remove tea bags and discard.

  4. Chill tea overnight.

  5. If using fresh blueberries, place in freezer overnight.

  6. Place tea, blueberries, ice, yogurt, almonds, and flaxseed in blender.

  7. Process until smooth
