January 19th: Get moving! - Learn the importance and health benefits of regular physical activity and know the right practices to engage in.

January 26th: Ditch processed foods & sugars - Differentiate between processed and unprocessed foods and the several types of processed food.  And learn about artificial ingredients and how to make healthy substitutions.

Feb 2nd:  Why whole foods ARE A big deal - Understand the meaning of Whole Food Plant Based (WFPB) Diet and health benefits.

February 9th: The need for balance in our lives - A.K.A. Stress Management.  Define your idea of a "balanced" lifestyle specific to your personal goals and needs.
